Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is complete, our warehouse is immediately notified to pack the order for shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is of utmost priority at Dara. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of the delivery date, with the exception of garment supplies, electronics, consumable products, topical products, perishable items, and items listed as final sale. In addition, all items must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
How to return or exchange an item?
To return an item, please e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number by providing the following information in your e-mail: 1) order number, 2) items and quantity you wish to return, and 3) the reason for the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning or exchanging. We are not responsible for loss or theft of merchandise before we receive the return. You may wish to insure valuable items to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost in transit. If possible, save your tracking number and track your return to make sure we receive it.
