***We are currently seeking Sales Associates/Customer Service personnel***

Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable of current products available to customers
• Interact with potential and existing clients over the phone and in-person
• Identify prospective customers, sales opportunities, and assess customers' needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and provide follow up to close sales
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, in person, or email
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
• Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
